It Had To Be You |
Harry Connick Jr. |
We got to know this Harry Connick Jr.'s song by Mary and Jerome's,
our friends in the State of Kansas. Subsequently while still being to Kansas they have divorced.
While picking up this song I practically felt this song expresses my feelings. Song was also translated into Hebrew.

Don't Worry Be Happy. |
Bob Marley (?) |
This song was a popular and beloved one during
those days in Kansas. While Mary had a bad mood due to her collapsing relations with her
husband Jerome, we have tried and probably succeded to encourage her a bit. My girlfriend
(whom I was laterly married to) has heard Mary's welcome message on her answering machine and
suddenly decided to change it to something happier and fun. Mary was asked to say "Hi" in her
sexiest voice, and according to this song's music she sang: "This is marry, I'm not at home,
So I can't talk to you on the phone, Don't Worry," (Here my girlfriend has added in a shout
from the distance: "She's in the shower"), - and Mary continues - "I'll call you." - Here we
start to lough to death and recording ends. Deborah has called and said diplomatically:
"What an unusual message..." On the other hand we've heard Mary talking to her mother:
"...No mom I'm not drunk... I'm OK mom... It's just a joke mom."

Dust In The Wind |
Kansas |
This is a romantic American song performed by Kansas.
While adding this song into my collection its words have really expressed my feel. All we are as dust in the wind.
I was too weak against the force leading me to my divorce. |

How Gee |
Black Machine |
This was one of the song being played during our wedding
celebration during the stormy dance part. It has always sounded to me as a wild African dance.
On the wedding's video, part of this song was edited as an amazing video clip with efects, so
this song actually represents me all the happines of that celebration. This is the only song on
list I couldn't get all the lyrics so I didn't write them either. It sounds funny recording
lyrics to such a fast beat song with practically very few sentences, but I'm stil looking to
have them.

Nothing Compares 2 U
|
Sinead O'connor |
I've got to know Sinead O'connor's first album, Lion and Cobra, during my military service. There she had her cool beat
song Mandinka. While visiting the United States, I bought her second album having this song. I mailed it overseas to my
girlfriend as a gift some time before she actually has joined me. Even this song has turned to be very relevant to me,
due to its perfect match of subject with my real life. I was feeling same about the seperation and endless day count
of remaining alone thereafter. Song was also translated into Hebrew.

Free Love |
Depeche Mode |
Depeche Mode is also a senior group I got to know since childhood. However, this song which
was still new during last year of our marriage, was one of my wife's beloved ones and she was listening to it for many
times. Almost as opposition against me. Being smarter afterwards, she was asking for her freedom. |

This song was my wife's one, from end-of marriage period. While listening to, she was turning
speaker louder as an opposition against me. Apparently, that time was too late for corrections. |

This song seals the collection in a faster rythm of the version which begins it. It is like closing a circle of life where I conclude myself the reason of creating this songs collection, perhaps suggesting myself an optimistic end one day to come. This website was opened after two years of mine almost beeing totally paralised of doing anything. Apparently I was closing a circle of my personal life and I am finally ready to move on.
